About Singapore Youth Philharmonic Orchestra
The Singapore Youth Philharmonic Orchestra (SYPO), led by esteemed youth conductor Luo Wei since November 2023, is dedicated to showcasing Singapore’s young musical talent on both local and international stages. With the guidance of distinguished violinist Professor Qian Zhou, cellist Professor Qin Liwei, and other esteemed artistic advisors, the orchestra benefits from unparalleled expertise in artistic development.

SYPO encourages their professional growth as soloists, collaborative team players, and active community participants.
Many members of SYPO are students of the Music Elective Program (MEP), and the orchestra provides them with a platform to showcase their musical talents to the public, further igniting their passion for music.
